I needed arthroscopic surgery on both knees for torn meniscus cartilage, which I had scheduled for a more convenient time during the forthcoming winter. Then the pain increased to the point where I couldn’t wait. When I notified OSC of this development, they re-scheduled my surgery for two days hence! I am very grateful, thank you!
